Where are the options!?

I have been contemplating to add this into the game soon enough so users would not have to ask for a smaller res version of the game itself so it would help with more people getting into it rather than avoid it due to it already being rather resource heavy.

The new options menu revamped to allow resolution and texture changing for players who may have trouble with higher spec requirements.
