Carrying over power

As you already know by the title, I have been working on some code to get the battery life collected from the battery cells to carry over from each level and eventually the health as well. Earlier, I have even added in a battery life meter to display how much is left when the flashlight is on. AS you can also see, there is a bit of a bug problem when the battery runs out and I collect new battery cells, turn on and off the battery and while it is off, the flashlight drains the battery.
