UI health and enemies bringing death

I am here to report and announce that I have added in a UI and health damage system along with giving enemies the ability to attack.
As part of the update, the character will now be hurt if they attempt to touch the enemy directly or being fired upon. In addition, once their health reaches 0 percent, their character disappears from the game indicating that they have lost a life in the game.
Below here will be some demos of this in action.

In addition, numerous changes to the tilemap has been made to better further fit the sci-fi theme which essentially gives it a Lunar space like theme. The trees has been ridden of in favor of futuristic like huts and alien temples.
