Getting the ball rolling

As I write about the next game that I am working on in Unreal, I will be playing around with a simple idea with a relaxing and playful twist; moving a ball around onto platforms to move forward. There is a catch however and one of those is dealing with obstacles such as ramps without guard rails and balls with acutely light mass that make it easy to kick off at high velocity if one is not careful.
